This website at rigidrobotics.com is operated by Rigid Robotics Inc. ("Rigid Robotics", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use apply to your use of the public website and its content. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
The website provides information about our company, DIAGNOSE™ shovel productivity system, other technologies and development roadmap. Requesting a demonstration or contacting us does not purchase a product, create a licence or establish a customer, pilot, partnership or investment agreement. Any such relationship requires a separate agreement. These website terms do not replace or change an existing agreement with us.
2 Information and product statements
Website information is general information. It is not a substitute for site-specific engineering, operational or safety advice, equipment instructions or qualified supervision. Do not use website examples as instructions for operating mining equipment.
